After 5 years of journey of this project, this is an effort to document the \u2018model\u2019, capturing good practices and other important elements that can contribute to the learning on the subject.\u00a0<span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Mr. Zaved Nafis Rahman and Ms. Apurva Singh, a team of independent consultants, were engaged by Prerana to carry out the documentation of\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">the Sanmaan model by working closely with the Sanmaan project team.
