The Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015 expects every CCI to undertake appropriate measures to ensure the safety and security of every child living in such institutions.<\/p><p>In compliance with The Model Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children), Rules, 2016, CCIs should have the policy of checking children&#8217;s lockers once every three months.
